Machining centres are needed for machining large and heavy workpieces, however investing in such a centre does not always pay off for every operation. For these situations, Koellmann Gear offers the option of having larger individual workpieces or even small series machined on modern machines by highly qualified specialists.

We have various machining centres available for your order, where we can machine cuboid and rotationally symmetrical parts made of cast iron or steel. Thus, for example a 3-axis CNC machining centre with a pallet changer is available for workpieces weighing up to 1,500 kg. Moreover, workpieces with a weight of up to 8,000 kg can be machined as contract work on a 3-axis CNC flatbed milling machine and workpieces with a weight of up to 6,500 kg can likewise be machined as contract work on a three-axis controlled boring machine. These means of production and special expertise of Koellmann employees thereby guarantee the highest level of precision.
