Our application process focuses on getting to know one another, as well as on balanced communication. We would like to get to know you as a person in addition to your qualifications.
The application process runs as follows:
- Disclosing information: Should you have any preliminary questions about our company, vacancies or a speculative application, as well as any queries regarding the application process, your contact partner Mr. Demirbas will be more than happy to assist you by email (demirbas(at)thielenhaus.com) or by phone (+49 202 481 259).
- Your application: If you are interested in a position or wish to submit a speculative application, please send us your complete and relevant application documentation, preferably by email, as a compressed PDF file.
- Confirmation of receipt: Within a few days you will receive confirmation that we have received your application.
- Application assessment: Your application will be assessed internally by the responsible department. The focus here is on your motivation, your personal experience and your qualifications.
- First interview: If your application is of interest, we will contact you by telephone or email for the purposes of scheduling an appointment for a meeting with you in person. The corresponding area manager will take part, as well as our HR specialist if needed.
Tip: Importantly, stress tests and assessment centres are not a feature of our company. Rather, we want to get to know you as a person. Arrive well-prepared for your meeting and inspire us with your skills and knowledge to show us that you are the right candidate for our company and the corresponding position. It is, of course, just as important for us to inspire your enthusiasm for our company.
- Second meeting: In the event of a positive decision after your first interview, we will invite you to a second interview in order to clarify any final questions with you. Should mutual interest in a future collaboration be established, contract arrangements and the next steps will be discussed.
- Response: You will, of course, also receive a response as quickly as possible if there will be no first or second interview.
- Data privacy and data security: The protection of your data is important to us. Your documentation will be stored on our system for as long as is necessary, and thereafter deleted without delay.
